Heather Stanley is the regional manager at Crestline Communities. Her responsibilities include over-site of daily property operations, compliance audit and reporting, vendor and service provider relationships, and lease-ups. Ms. Stanley also serves as a market evaluator prior to the development of any Crestline properties and is responsible for overseeing office and public space operational designs for new product.
She has 20+ years in the Property Management field including on-site management, multi-site management, and Section 42 Tax Credit Compliance. She currently holds four designations, Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) as well as Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P). Prior to joining Crestline, Heather worked for a national apartment management firm for 11 years. During the last 3 years of which, she served as Corporate Trainer of the Section 42 program in 10 states.
Katie Panuska is the compliance specialist and corporate trainer at Crestline Communities. Her responsibilities include monitoring the assigned affordable apartment communities federal and state affordable guidelines by performing file reviews and training onsite personnel.
Katie has 10+ years in Property Management including on-site leasing and managing and Section 42 Tax Credit Compliance. She currently holds three designations, Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP). She is currently in the process of receiving the National Compliance Professional (NCP) designation as well. Prior to joining Crestline, Katie worked for a couple different national apartment management firms.
Daniel Hubbard joined Crestline Communities as Development Manager in September 2017. His responsibilities include all aspects of the development of primarily LIHTC projects around the State of Indiana, including market analysis, site selection, design, financing, and oversight of construction.
Prior to joining Crestline Communities, Hubbard developed 8 projects totaling 617 units of affordable housing, and 25 units of Light Industrial space in Indiana. Highlights are:
- Project costs totaling $51M
- Sold $3.5M in Low Income Housing Tax Credits (“LIHTC”), generating approximately $30M in project equity
- Raised over $6.7M in soft funds for the projects
- Closed on over $18M in construction financing
- Closed over $13M in permanent financing
- Additionally, Hubbard has consulted on various projects around the City of Indianapolis, State of Indiana as well as Atlanta Georgia.
