We are excited to announce that our new property in Union City, Indiana is 100 percent leased! Backstay Lofts is a historic refurbishment of an old factory that now houses fifty brand-new apartments. Property manager Madison Blumenstock has done a fantastic job at the property, completing the lease up ahead of the original schedule. We are grateful to Madison for all the great work she has done to open Backstay, and all the incredible work she will do with residents moving forward.
