A new year represents a new set of opportunities for Crestline Development. Our business is defined by vision and growth, and it is vital to achieve these during operation. As we look forward to prospects in the coming year, we wanted to take time and review everything we accomplished this year.
Our M22 project in Indianapolis has had a long path towards approval from the city and revised plans have recently been approved by the city. The 127-unit structure will occupy a busy corner on 22nd and Meridian Street near the bustling Herron Morton and Fall Creek Place Neighborhoods. Right next to a stop on the new Redline bus service, M22 residents will enjoy easy access to downtown and north side corridors. On the south side of 22nd Street, plans are now in motions for a series of town homes and additional parking. Construction is slated to start on M22 in 2023.
In Greenfield, Indiana, land has been bought and a new apartment project has been conceived: The Accolade. In an area where there has been sparse housing development or rehabilitation over the past decade, The Accolade will be a boon to the local community. A market rate property, Accolade will hold 240 units and be fixed with modern, smart appliances. With proximity to Amazon and Walmart warehouses, there are growing economic opportunities for locals. A TAC meeting was recently held for the project and plans are to move forward in 2023.
Lake Meadows opened in Fishers in 2020 and has been providing housing and assisted living to residents. This year, the management team at Priority Life Care achieved stabilization, allowing the property to fluidly operate. On the same property, plans have been approved for a new set of patio homes. Lake Meadows Patio Homes will deliver living options near the titular lake, expanding the land utility in the growing Fishers municipality.
Through our partnership with CSC Development, we have initiated a new project in Foley, Alabama: The Rivi Apartments. Just minutes from the Gulf Coast, The Rivi will be an expansive apartment complex with modern utilities. Surrounded by local businesses, we are excited to see how Rivi will help Foley develop as it continues to grow in 2023. Our partners at Crestline Construction broke ground on The Rivi earlier this month and plans are to be completed next year.
It has been a year of growth and new opportunities for Crestline. With projects being started around the country, and more are coming down the pipeline for 2023, the future is boundless.
